Public Records/Police Reports

The Grafton Police Department receives many requests for police reports and other public records. All requests for records can be made at the Grafton Police Department. We will provide you with such records in a timely manner, in accordance with Federal and State laws.

The Village of Grafton has a public records policy and a Schedule of Records Retention (RC-2). These Policies are also available for public inspection.

Public records request can be made Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays 8am - 2pm

 
Grafton Police Ride-Along Program

The Ride-Along program allows citizens to voluntarily accompany officers and to observe law enforcement activities to better understand the problems associated with policing.

Anyone interested in participating in the program may pick up an application at the Grafton Police Department. Please contact us, if you need further information.

 
Auxiliary Police Officers

The Grafton Police Department is currently accepting application for the position of Auxiliary Police Officers. The Auxiliary unit is a volunteer unit, which assists the Grafton Police Department in all areas of Law Enforcement.
